OLG Bulletin

Our Group meets at 10 a.m. every Thursday morning at the Mary Agatha Furth Center next door to the church to print and fold the English and Spanish bulletins for the following Sunday.

The masters are prepared on Microsoft Publisher using the information relayed from the Parish Office, the Mass intentions, weekly collection totals, letters from the Bishop, and any information forwarded from the various ministries relating to activities within the parish, the Mary Agatha Furth Center and several outside affiliated organizations. It usually involves 2 or 3 hours a week to do the master sheets. I am currently looking for someone to assist in preparing the master sheets. It will involve hands on training. Call me at the number below if you are interested. Utilizing the copy room and the long table in the Father Angelito Room, we print and fold roughly 300-400 bulletins each week.

As of now there are 4 of us working on the English and Spanish bulletins but we are always looking for more hands to lighten the load. We have coffee and the occasional treat to make the time fly by. We'd love to have you join us.
