Our Lady of Guadalupe...

As Catholic women we are called to live our Christian ethics and beliefs, not only on Sundays but throughout our daily lives at home, work and play.
Our goal in Our Lady of Madonna Sodality shall be to incorporate and uphold our beliefs in every aspect of our lives. We must be willing to live our faith and by our example, our Christian way of life will be evident to those around us.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Madonna Sodality

We are a service organization for our church, our community and the women of Our Lady of Guadalupe. No matter what our personal acts of service are, we collect once a month to inform, assess and prepare for our joint efforts of service and three times a year in retreat for more personal spiritual times and for our own personal renewal.

If you would like to join with us in service to your community we welcome all women of the church and ask that you meet with us on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in Room C at the Mary Agatha Furth Center adjacent to the church.

Madonna Sodality Bylaws...

Section 1: Purpose of the Organization.

The Madonna Sodality of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Windsor, CA shall bring women together in the spirit of the community and in the spirit of caring.

We may achieve this through Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Greeters, Choir, Altar Society, Religious Educators and St. Vincent de Paul membership;

by reaching out to the needs of those around us, by contributing to the educational religious training of a young man for the priesthood who is unable to pay for his own education;

creating handiwork, arts, crafts and food items to raise money of the Parish; working on the annual church fundraisers, encouraging participation in the church organization and works; promoting spiritual growth,

promoting good will in the community, aiding the elderly and the sick who may be confined to hospitals or nursing homes by visiting and bringing gifts and cards and administering communion to the ill as a Eucharistic Minister.
